Herb Chicken Fry
You all know my love for fried chicken and saying this, i forgot to tell you one thing, last night i made the best fried chicken in the world. Imagine KFC chicken, the crumb coating, i knocked the secret off. Hubby told me that it tasted exactly the same. Great news right. But the bad news is i forgot to take pictures, so i have to try it again and take pictures and post here..Will do it soon.
Now coming back to the recipe, this is a herby aromatic chicken fry. Because it has lots of coriander, mint and curry leaves which really makes this fried chicken unique..In the mean time check out my other fried chicken recipe too..Give this a try and let me know how it turns out.

Have been following your recipes with great interest, and have tried out a few successfully. Keep up the good work! My question: Can I use store-bought ginger-garlic paste instead of ginger paste and garlic paste separately?

Hi Aarthi
Should we marinate chicken in fridge for 2-3 hrs?? r we can mix everything n jus fry
Reply
Aarthi
@Ashwini DhanasekarYou can just fry, no problem..but marinating makes it more flavouful and allow the masala to penetrate into the chicken
