The sunny southern coast of Portugal remains a popular choice for second homes and expats seeking a coastal lifestyle. Following the end of lockdowns, there has been a significant increase in interest in the area, leading to a 25% growth in sales in the first quarter of 2024. The Algarve market is competitive, with limited supply and high prices making it challenging for buyers. Despite the demand exceeding supply, new properties have been introduced to the market to meet the growing interest. Learn more about the current market trends in the Algarve.
