Job Details

• Responsibility for your own portfolio of complex fraud claims which could include fraud ring operations, high value and high profile cases
• Working with your Technical Fraud Team Leader to ensure that investigations are conducted to the highest possible standard
• Developing and implementing strategies to advance our complex fraud capability using some of the latest tools on the market and developing innovative methods to investigate fraudulent claims
• Acting as a referral point for our other Claims Fraud Investigators and provide coaching, mentoring and training
• Proactively hunting for new threats against Hastings Direct and devising strategies to combat them
• Working collaboratively with our internal and external teams to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer and Hastings Direct

Skills We Would Love You To Have

• Previous experience investigating claims fraud (within motor claims)
• A good understanding of the CPR, MOJ, OIC and Pre-Action Protocol and experience dealing with litigated cases
• A keen eye for detail, with a curious and investigative mindset
