She is accused of pawning sterling silver items taken from a residence in the 1700 block on Monterey Court, Bettendorf, on March 19 at Del Rich Pawn Shop in Davenport. The property is valued at $14,400.

She also is accused of driving a vehicle with fraudulent registration plates April 5 in Bettendorf. Arthur M. Rice, 31, of 505 6th Rock Island, was arrested April 6 on a warrant in Scott County and was charged with firstdegree robbery. He is accused of entering Benson Jewelers, 2942 N. 5, taking a large number of rings at gunpoint. Nancy A. Aliman, 53, of 901 Tremont Davenport, was arrested April 4 in Bettendorf on a charge of third-degree theft. She is accused of stealing a carton of cigarettes, valued at $14.93, from Walgreen Drug Store, 852 Middle Road, Bettendorf. The charge was upgraded because of previous theft convictions.

Torschia A. Thomas, 30, of 4321 7th Rock Island, was arrested April 4 in Davenport on charges of third-degree burglary and interference with official acts. She is accused of stealing a silk jacket, valued at $350, from the Gentry Shop, 111 E. 3rd Davenport. The charge was upgraded because of previous theft convictions.

Ronald Krause, 47, of 806 W. 5th Davenport, and Michael Sparrow, 32, of 904 W. 6th Davenport, were charged April in Scott County with second-degree burglary. They are accused of removing River Bandit jackets and jerseys, valued at more than $3,000, from a storage room at John O'Donnell Stadium in Davenport. Krause also is accused of selling the jerseys in the 300 block on Harrison Street in Davenport.
